Hi, I'm Audrey.
I started Mgnify because I believe feeling your best shouldn't be complicated. A warm magnesium soak became my own way to wind down, recover, and reset — and I wanted to share something pure and simple enough that it fits real life. That's the whole idea behind Mgnify: nature, meeting nurture.

Our story
Mgnify started with a simple observation: most self-care routines ask a lot of you — more steps, more products, more time. We wanted the opposite. One soak, applied directly to the skin, built around a mineral the body already relies on every day. Nature, meeting nurture, in the simplest form we could make it.
